We do not operate traditional retail stores. However, we have a workshop in Sydney where we craft our concrete water features. Customers are welcome to visit the workshop, but visits are by appointment only. To schedule a visit, please contact us in advance.

Yes, we deliver nationwide. For regional or remote locations, contact us for a custom quote or choose a partner depot for pickup to save on costs.

• Non-Made to Order Items: Dispatched in 1-3 business days, delivered in 7-10 business days.

• Made to Order Items: Completed in approximately 8 weeks, then shipped.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. For local partner truck deliveries, tracking may not apply.

Orders are delivered to the nearest access point (e.g., front door). Drivers won’t move items beyond this point.

Heavy items are delivered on pallets using a tail lift truck. Pallets are left at the front of the premises and won’t be moved upstairs or beyond access points.

If you miss your delivery, storage or redelivery fees may apply. Items not collected within 7 days are returned to our warehouse at your expense.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but you can contact the courier directly once your tracking information is available to coordinate.

ATL allows deliveries to be left at your premises without a signature. If selected, neither we nor the courier are liable for lost or stolen items.

No forklift is required for pallet deliveries, but if items need to be moved further than the delivery point, you may need to arrange additional help, such as hiring a builder or landscaper.

Maintenance includes regular cleaning, checking the pump and filters, balancing water chemistry, and winterizing in colder climates.

Consider your space’s size, style, and access to power and water. Small spaces can benefit from tabletop or wall-mounted fountains, while larger areas can accommodate ponds or waterfalls.

We recommend a paved, hard surface for heavy fountains. Consult a builder before installing heavy water features, such as our concrete fountains.
