Concrete water features are shipped on pallets, typically measuring 120x120x100cm in height. The pallet, along with the item, usually weighs around 420kg for heavier fountains, such as most 2-3 tier fountains. Lighter concrete fountains will have a correspondingly lower weight. The items are carefully packaged and secured to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend having adequate space and equipment ready to receive and move the heavy pallet upon delivery. Absolutely! We understand that your new water feature is a big investment, so we make sure it’s fully protected. All our shipments are insured, giving you peace of mind knowing that your order is covered from our door to yours.

Our delivery service is curbside only, meaning the item will be delivered to your doorstep. Delivery driver is unable to move the item inside your house. Please make arrangements to have the item moved inside and positioned as needed. We recommend arranging for additional help, especially given the weight and size of the water features.

Yes, we highly recommend engaging with a landscaper to ensure that the surface where the concrete water feature will be placed is flat and paved. This ensures that the water feature sits firmly and safely.

The pump is not included with the concrete water feature and needs to be purchased separately. A list of recommended pumps is available on the product page under the “Select Add-ons” section and below the “Add to Cart” button. These recommended pumps are chosen for their compatibility and performance with our water features, ensuring efficient water circulation and optimal operation.

The pump is placed in the middle of the larger bowl, inside a hollow at the base of the statue, within a ‘pump housing.’ It is not visible from the outside, ensuring that the aesthetic appeal of the water feature is maintained. This design also protects the pump from the elements, contributing to its longevity and reliability.

The water feature comes with a supplied tube that connects to the pump and extends up to the top of the feature. The pump circulates the water through this tube, ensuring a continuous flow from the top.
